#116  The Flicker

“I discovered pointillism (dot drawing) and was drawn to this art style with a passion. I have discovered that drawing by dots has opened up the Great Spirit in me. The Great Spirit gives me the tools to draw the world of nature. Being Native American, wildlife has always been very close to me.
Birds… they are mystic, full of wonder. They have the best of both worlds; they can fly, walk and sing”. The Flicker is considered a sacred bird among many Native American tribes.
