Meet Our Team

Trish Jordan – Executive Director

Trish is the co-founder of Red Lodge. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1997 and is a Certified Peer Support Specialist in Adult Addictions. Trish has been working with women in prison, as an active volunteer for the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODCC), since November 2000. Trish’s collaborative efforts working with ODOC administration have resulted in the implementation of several new programs and statewide procedures on behalf of the Native American Prison population.

Ron Williams – Program Director

Ron joined Red Lodge in November of 2024 to lead the launch of the Men’s Transition Center. Ron is an addiction recovery advocate and political organizer. His work in recovery advocacy began in 1999 as a co-founder of the Portland-based Recovery Association Project. Ron also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Portland State University.

Lana Hecocta -Volunteer Coordinator & Peer Mentor

Lana started volunteering at Red Lodge in 2019. She learned to sew, to make masks during COVID, and felt so supported by Executive Director Trish that she was inspired to continue working with Red Lodge. Lana is now the Volunteer Coordinator and Peer Mentor. Lana also became a Certified Community Health Worker in 2024.

Nicholas Elliott – Men’s House Manager & Peer Mentor

Nicholas first met Trish and the Red Lodge support in 2011 during his incarceration at Oregon State Correctional Institution (OSCI). He feels that Red Lodge has given him incredible opportunities and says, “I was born to be of service.” Nicholas was brought on as the House Manager for the new Men’s Transition Center and officially started in March of 2026. He is excited to start this journey with Red Lodge and encourages everyone to “always do your best!”

Jenn Hadley – Women’s House Manager

Jenn joined Red Lodge in July 2015. She is certified Recovery Mentor, Peer Support Specialist, and Wellbriety Facilitator. She’s also taken an Anger Management and a Women’s Support Class. Jenn’s main role is to support the women transitioning out of Prison; helping them write resumes, find jobs, take them to the store, etc. The opportunity to work with women in transition has been inspiring for Jenn as she watches them grow and accomplish new goals.

Ida Tewee-Higgins – Administrative Assistant

Ida joined Red Lodge in August of 2025. She was guided through finishing the Wellbriety Program by Executive Director Trish. After completing the program, Ida was eventually released early from Coffee Creek Correctional Facility (CCCF). She consistently volunteered at the Transition Center and was offered a job with Red Lodge to assist in maintaining the grounds and fulfill administrative tasks.

Gene S. – Maintenance & Cultural Support

Gene started at Red Lodge in 2022, maintaining the Transition House, doing yard work, etc. However, he wears many hats now and plays a significant support role to Trish and Red Lodge as a whole. Gene is an Eagle Staff Carrier for Northwest Indian Veterans, and he accompanies Red Lodge to conferences and Prison Pow Wows.
